Additionally, Weemotely's negotiation feature allows for transparent discussions about project terms, timelines, and fees, ensuring both parties are aligned and satisfied before the work begins. Step 5: Get Paid - Secure and Timely Transactions

At Weemotely, we prioritize the financial security and peace of mind of our freelancers. That's why we've implemented a secure escrow system for all transactions. Here's how it works:

Client Payment Upfront: When a client hires you for a project, they pay upfront. This payment is held securely by Weemotely, ensuring that the funds are safe and reserved for you upon project completion.

Submit Your Work: While working on the project, submit your tasks through Weemotely. This signals to the client that the task is ready for review. Once the task is approved from the client side you get paid for this task.

Client Confirmation: After your client confirms that the work meets the project requirements, the payment is released from escrow.

Weemotely Fees: In providing a seamless connection between freelancers and clients, Weemotely implements a tiered commission structure applicable to the earnings of freelancers. This structure is designed to facilitate the deduction of service fees in a manner that is transparent and equitable. The commission is calculated based on the cumulative earnings of a freelancer on the platform and is applied as follows:

For Earnings up to $2,500.00: A commission of 15% is applied to the initial earnings of each freelancer up to $2,500.00. This fee is automatically deducted from the payment for services rendered.

For Earnings between $2,500.01 and $12,500.00: Earnings within this range are subject to a commission of 10%. This rate applies to the total amount billed within this bracket.

For Earnings exceeding $12,500.01: A reduced commission of 5% is applied to earnings beyond $12,500.01.

All commission fees are automatically deducted from the payment made by the client before the funds are released to the freelancer's wallet per task. This process ensures that freelancers receive their net earnings directly, without the need for additional calculations or payment handling concerning service fees.

Weemotely is committed to maintaining a transparent and straightforward fee structure to ensure that both freelancers and clients have a clear understanding of all charges involved in the use of our platform.

Weemotely Wallet: Your earnings are then transferred to your Weemotely wallet. This wallet acts as your personal hub for all earnings on our platform, giving you full control over your funds.

Cashing Out: You can request to cash out your earnings at any time. It is important to know that withdrawal methods are possibly subjected to a minimum withdrawal amount policy. Upon request, we transfer your payment directly to the bank account you've provided. This process is designed to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please be aware that withdrawal transactions, in the form of bank transfers, are subject to $15 transfer fees, which will be deducted from the total withdrawn amount. Also, it is important to note that this fee does not include charges of the receiving bank, meaning that the receiving bank may still charge fees depending on their policy. This transparent approach ensures that freelancers are informed about the transfer costs associated with receiving their earnings and need to account for the receiving bank fees from their side.

Weemotely recommends that freelancers consider cashing out larger amounts less frequently, as opposed to multiple smaller transfers, to avoid incurring the $15 transfer fee as well as possible receiving bank fees multiple times.

Alternative Payment Options: In instances where a bank transfer isn't feasible, we offer an alternative option of transferring your payment to some digital wallets. This ensures that you have access to your earnings in a way that best suits your needs. Note that the digital wallet transfer fees might differ from the bank withdrawal transfer fees.
